It is a children’s book because it gives a moral message.
It’s about the influence of peers in the behaviour of adolescents.
The one who speaks is an omniscient narrator who
speaks from Eric point of views.
It depends with which character the reader side with.
The child has to keep to strict rules imposed by
society and the one who doesn’t respect them is considered a reprobate.
The role of adults is very important in the society
and children have to respect them. They are models for the values and rules of
their society.
