TAcciarino - Did You Know?
[author: Teresa Acciarino - postdate: 2008-04-10]

In the world, not all countries have the same opportunities.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

The school is the place where people develop their culture, capability, intelligence in order to support the competition of other countries and to overcome difficulties through technological facilities.

There are students in China, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh and the USA who analyse, understand, collaborate and apply knowledge on projects everyday.

The school offers the resources necessary to prepare students to be successful in the 21st century society; education has a very strong role.

First of all at school, we try to carry out the aim trying to learn each subject better also using technologies. As a matter of fact, we use the Web to do our school work. Blogs,  spaces, forums permit to collaborate and exchange ideas and opinions.

The coming of the Internet and of the new technologies of information and communications permit working also on international questions.

Working for different projects, in particular during the English lessons we can extend out vision and general culture at a higher level - the European one and later the one of the Globe.

In this way school offers the occasion to improve our education and to provide future qualified staff in languages and technologies.
