This film directed by Tim Burton is based on a children’s book by Roald Dahl. It is set in a chocolate factory and it stars Johnny Depp, who plays the part of the factory owner. The main character is a boy called Charlie. The acting is great and the plot is exciting. I loved the soundtrack, which was composed by Danny Elfman.

Forrest Gump

The film “Forrest Gump” it is one of the most beautiful films ever. It is a comedy-drama directed by Robert Zemeckis, in 1994. The film is set mainly in the USA but it is even set in Vietnam.

 

The film shows a man at a bus stop who started talking with some different people. He talked about his life and after he had finished the film goes on showing the next episodes.

The most important theme of the film is the love, but it even touches very important arguments like the war, the life of a boy with difficulties and many historical facts.

 

The film was one of the best of his time area of special effect, in fact these let show the protagonist with some important historical figures, like John Lennon or some USA presidents.

I love the soundtrack of the film, by Alan Silvestri, it is still used now in some TV programs.

 

In conclusion, Forrest Gump is one of the films I like most. It is full of emotions and tells the history from a different prospective. If you have not seen it yet, you should go and see it as soon as possible.
