The adolescent period is from the age of thirteen to nineteen and is named as teenage period and in this period body attained physical development of the internal and external organism.Generally adolescents are nervous and unsteady in sudden and major physical changes. In adolescents we can find appreciable intelligent , thinking power , logical reasoning and understanding the environment .Socially , the group feeling is at its maximum and wants to shine in the group.  In adolescents can be problems like emotional tension , emancipation , economic independence and the most frequent : personal appearance ( adolescents are worried about other thinking )
