This is a sonnet with 14 lines. The title of the sonnet is repeated in the first line of the first quatrain.
In the firt quatrain the poet compares his love, named fair youth, with the summe. Shakespeare, alluding to the daling bund of May and to the Rough winds describes hia lover as more lovely. He adds that summer is too short.
In the second quatrain Shakespeare says that sometimes, in sommer time, the sun is too hot and make complexion too dark. On the other hand ha tells his lover that he won't get on in yers.
In the third quatrian the poet says that his lover won't die and won't lose hai beauty, because he will live forever in the eternal poet's lines.
Finally in the coupplet rhyme Shakespeare underlines that he will live until people could breath and see (the poet's lines).
