My Christmas holidays were very beautiful and full of commitments.

Only a few days before Christmas we decided that we wouldn’t the usual lunch with all the relatives ... but we chose to take a walk in Trieste.

On Christmas Day we went to Trieste to the 10 and after an hour we arrived until the Victory Lighthouse, it is a monument to the dead sailors in First World War, it’s seventy meters tall and above the dome there is a sculpture of winged victory.

After taking some photos, we went by car to the city center. Then we walked to the Molo Audace along nearly 250 meters: it's great!

On the pier overlooking the wonderful Piazza Unità d'Italia: Europe's largest square overlooking the sea. In this square you will find many historic buildings that are now government buildings.

After that we reached a small restaurant where we stopped for lunch.

In the afternoon we went to the castle of San Giusto and then to the Muggia’s Castle. Here, too, we took many photos and selfies.

On the way back we made a short stop near another castle, the castle of Duino.

It was the most original and amazing Christmas in recent years !!
