The Christmas holiday started on the 22sd December. On the days before Christmas I did my homework and I met my friends. On Christmas morning I got up early because I went to church. The church service lasted one hour. Then I went to say ‘Happy Christmas’ to everybody, my relatives and friends. My parents and I has Christmas lunch in a restaurant. It was delicious. We ate cheese, ham and salami for starters; there was gnocchi, pasta and rice for the first course; you could choose meat or fish for the main course. I chose meat. There was Christmas log or Panettone for dessert. When the lunch finished, we went to see friends of my parents.

The other days I stayed at home, I helped my mum and I continued my homework. On the 30^th December I went to a health spa in Slovenia. I went there with my parents and I stayed there for four days. We went walking in the hills, we swam in the spa, indoor and outdoor. It was fantastic and water was very warm. I has a nice massage and a hot Turkish bath but I didn’t go onto the sauna.

We spent a nice New Year’s Eve eating, drinking and swimming in the swimming pool. I went to bed at 4 a.m. and the next day I got up at 2 p.m. I was very tired!

I spent a nice Christmas holidays and I rested to started school.
