Hi Bill,

We’ve been here in the UK for two weeks now and we’re having a fantastic time. We’re in London at the moment. We’ve been visiting the famous London sights. We’ve been to the Buckingham Palace, the Trafalgar Square, the Natural History Museum and we went on the London Eye this morning. Oh, and we went for tea at the Ritz Hotel yesterday. It was very nice! This afternoon, we’re going to go for a walk along the River Thames.

Before London, we were in Scotland for a week. The Scottish Highlands were really amazing and we walked part of the way up Ben Nevis, which is the highest mountain in the UK.

We’re going to Brighton tomorrow for a few days. Hopefully, we’ll spend some time on the beach, but I don’t think the English channel will be as warm as the Pacific back home in California!

Anyway, see you next week and hope all’s well,

Jim and Pat x
