The text is made by seven paragraphs. The first is the introduction, from the second to the fifth is about the life of Sherlock Holmes’ writer: Conan Doyle.
It begins with his birth in Edinburgh in 1859 , then tells the studies and his work as a doctor; it tells about his love life, also. The last paragraph is about his hobbies.
The past simple is used the most, because it is all happened in the past and it hasn’t got any effects on the present. The most used words are about medicine, Africa and stories.
