Dear John,

I'm writing you to tell you something about our last English period of lesson.

 

On Wednesday, at first period of lessons, we have got the English lesson. In this period we learned how to write the date in British English and in American English; the lesson was very interesting.

 

We learned the ordinal numbers because without them we can't write the date, the days of the week and their origins and the name of the month and their positions in the calendar.

 

With this rules and things we could learned how to write a date.

 

We also learned something interesting things; for example we learned that in British English the day is usually put before the month and in American English the month is usually put before...
