Analysis

The letter was write by Betty, and we don’t know anything about this person. She write the letter to the Unknown soldier because she wants to explain her grateful thanks to him. In the letter in the introduction she explains her experience of the war, and underlines the tragedies of the war in relations with the second World War.  She wants to condemn war and used the death of unknown soldier to mark that lots of people lose their family in the conflict, but she wrote a letter to Unknown Soldier because she recognize his sacrifice to the country. His and all men who fight in the conflict sacrifice cause us a big grief and convey us the idea of the importance of the life.
