The idea of war and peace turn out differenti in the texts I read and I analyzed.

First of all, the texts tell real events, so the are all informative texts.

In the documents emerges the contradiction of rituals because it is difficult to say if the idea of war and peace are positive or negative. We all read these texts and the facts of the Unknown Soldier with the eyes of our century

So our interpretation of these facts aren't the same of the period of the Great War because time changes the percepition of things.

After the First World War and after the dead of the soldiers, who taken part of the war because they wanted to win and to bring peace in their country, the establishment attempted to create a spirit of the nation and restored an emotional void because it wanted to reconostruct the sanse of unity that is reflected in the Unknown Soldier. Indeed the establishment and also the Church changed the soldier's sacrifices in heroic acts and they transformed the people's pain in something appointed to celebrate all the soldiers dead in the war. But the establishment and common people lived the sense of unity and the dead of the soldiers in a different way because common people reacted to the loss of the warriors humanly.

In conclusion the Unknown Soldier is a exuse to remember a part of history and it is difficult to say if the idea of war and peace are positive or negative in the texts because in the past there were ideals and values that today haven't any sense.
