Some years ago my classmates and me went on a school trip in Florence. I really enjoyed the trip, apart of a little detail. When we arrived we went to our hotel. We had payed for a three stars hotel and so we had some expectations. When we saw lots of broken things in our room, our maths teacher called the travel agency and he complained about the service we had. Fortunately the agency payed us a new hotel and so we could enjoy the trip.
