It is a photo or picture that you take on your own with a smart phone or a tablet to shore it on the net. I think selfies were born because people love taking photos in every moment of their life and shoring they on social networks (like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat) to show to virtual friends what are you doing. I believe that taking selfies is funny. You can add different effects (like a tounge of a dog) and have nice moments with your mates. To sum up I really think that this is o good way to keep memories of your best moments.
