What did I learn from Eilis's experience?

From Eilis's experience I learned lots of thing about a teenager's life. For example how difficult is realize a new life away from your family, and makes new friend in a world which is completely different from the one who you came from. In addiction I learned how to approach with a boys who is has not got the same nationality as your, and so he has costumes and uses different from yours.
Also I learned from Eilis to not be submissive, because all her actions were determined from the others, right from the star, and this led her to be unhappy and unsure of herself, all that I will not be.
