A woman from Cleveland, Ohio is taking a forniture store to court. Barbara James, 36, is claiming $50,000 damages after she was injured when she was knocked over by a child who was running “out of control” around the store. The woman claims that FornitureWorld's staff did nothing to stop the child's behaviour. The spokesperson for FornitureWorld says the company rejects the claim because the seven-year-old child, Toby James, is actually the woman's son.
