Exercise 2 p. 476

 

The media is TV, radio, newspaper, magazines and the internet. The media report on important event from around the world; for example, disaster like the Asian tsunami, or war between different countries. As well as reporting the news, the media give theirs opinion of events round the world. And reporters also like to write about celebrities such as Tom Cruise and Angelina Jolie.
