Nowadays, as soon as a fast food restaurant opens, it has to advertise its specialties to appeal to people’s eating preferences. If it manages to attract consumers’ interest quickly then it must increase production to meet consumers’ demands; this means that this business has all the prospects to become a profitable one. Today, it is well-known that fast food is teenagers’ favourite food so if parents happen to be very busy and they cannot prepare a meal, a fast food restaurant might solve their problem. Therefore, they needn’t have worry about what their families’ meals have to be. However, it should be noted that some years ago, a great number of people used to consume great amounts of fast food every day but now things have started to change. They are making an effort to reduce it as much as they can, because dieticians and nutritionists claim that we should prefer home-made and traditional dishes if we want to be healthy.

That day I couldn’t imagine that such an event could ever happen to me on my way home. I was going to the park to meet some friends of mine, when I accidentally took the wrong road and I finished in a poverty-stricken area of the city.

I was returning back when I saw a man running very fast and glancing repetitively back. When he saw me, he come towards me threatening. I didn’t know what to do! I was so frightened! He was approaching more and more and I couldn’t move my legs to escape because of the scare.

Suddenly a police car arrived and went towards the man who began to run. Luckily the policeman managed to catch the man and arrest him. After some minutes the policeman explained me that he was a robber and they have been searching for him for 2 days and finally they managed to find him. I will always remember the fear and all the feelings that I felt in that moment.
