WONDER

1-      Celebrating origins is important for a community, and in this case American people enjoy celebrating Puritans as the founders of their culture.

2-      The presence of the float and people wearing historical dresses make the festivity resemble Carnival.

3-      Italy has many national symbols: the flag, food, whatever regards Ancient Rome, Carnival...

1-      The experiment demonstrated that Americans solved more anagrams with salvation on their mind; it means the idea of salvation makes people work harder and be more motivated.
