 GRANDSON: That’s right. Now, scroll down the page, until you find my name.

GRANDMA: Ok, I’m scrolling down the page, oh I have gone too far

GRANDSON: Ok, click on my name and you should see a phone icon, It’ s green.

GRANDMA: Ok, I can see a green icon, shall I click on it.
