Just considering the title the poem may be about a lirical poem because it focus attention on something personal. Indeed there are the  preposition "into" and the possesive adjective "my".

The layout shows the composition consists of one pattern arranged into three stanzas of four lines each,taht is a quatrain. Considering the first line;that is the same of the title,this composition is part of a collection.

There are a lot of words that belong with the semantic field of time as "for then","but time","came to pass","grown",endless".

In the last stanza the subject of the lines is time,that steals and lets part abide the last moments of life that remain to the speaker voice.
