ARGUMENTATIVE TEXT: PAY ATTENTION TO THE STREET CODE

The lack of road safety is certainly one of the problems that affectes people nowadays and accidents are one of the biggest causes of death today. The main causes are the use of alcohol, drugs, telephone, simple distractions, but above all the high speed. The main problem, in my opinion, is misinformation and to reduce it the traffic code should be taught in schools to create greater awareness among young people. In this way I am sure that people would be more careful and the number of accidents (and the consequent number of deaths) would decrease dramatically. It could be said that the driving schools should take care of it, but young people are younger and are more receptive and therefore would understand better. It would therefore be essential for schools to assume their responsibilities and introduce this subject.
