The characterisation of the two protagonists has been created by the author with indirect characterisation. With the showing method he shows us things about the protagonists to help us understand the characters' personality. We can say that Sanem “lives into the clouds” because she is always distracted, for example during the job interview she looks around. We know she can't stand Muzaffer, she prefers to find a new job than to marry him because the author has ensured that he appears to the audience self confident and sure of Sanem's love. Can looks like as a sportsman and we can understand he is very intelligent and he doesn't need much time to understand things.

I think Sanem will not marry Muzaffer quite the opposite she and Can will have a relationship because after their first kiss they often think of what happened. Can will not get on well with his brother Emre while their father will not be in the agency because Emre is jealous of his brother.

The first episode has been divided in five different parts. The first one shows the reason why Sanem has to find a new job. In the second part the other protagonist of the story appears for the first time. In this one Sanem starts working for the agency. The third part, in my opinion, is the most important part because the two protagonists meet for the first time during the celebration of the 40^th anniversary of the agency. During this part they kiss and this happening will change lots of things of the story. In the fourth part Can becomes the boss of the agency and tries to find the spy. The fifth one shows how Sanem obtains importance into the agency and it stop the scene to continue it in the second episode.
