The video is becoming, while Can enters in your yatch. He's finding a gift ,that it is taked by Sanem, but Can doesn't know it.Then the director moves the attention to Sanem , while she is writing a letter in a pier. Then the attention comes back to Can , while he is discarding the gift: it is the book , thet it is wroted by Sanem. So he find out the truth: the gift is taked by Sanem . The video finishes with Sanem's throwing in sea a bottle, where she puts the letter.The relevant differnces are the characters,the film script and the action of characters.
