THE PHOENIX AND THE ALBATROSS

It was a day of summer. The sky was blue and there was a spineless wind. The little sister of Samen, Susy, was 14 years old and she was very joyful and always positive. Can, the boyfriend of Samen, and Susy had a good relationship. One day Can decided to go to the cinema. Samen had an appointment that day but she encouraged Can and Susy to go. They got in the car and they left. They sang and laughed all time. Suddenly the car crushed for three time. In the accident Susy died and Samen was shocked, from that time she completed changed. She became really depressed. Can wasn’t the responsible of the accident and Samen knew that but she couldn’t see him again. Can hadn’t seen Samen since the death of Susy. After one year she decided to write a novel: “The Phoenix and the Albatross”. The novel told about Can’s story. She did this to find relief in tears.

A few years later

It was a sunny day. There wasn’t clouds in the sky and there were some flowers in the garden. The weather was warm and Can docked his sail boat. Can wore a green t-shirt. The leaves fell from a tree and in a garden a lot of people heard the novel presentation of Samen. She was sitting at the table and the wind covered her face. There were four piles of books on the table. They had a shining blue cover. People, in the audience, were cheerful and they listened cheerfully because they were curious about the writer’s novel. A woman, in the audience, asked a question about why the title was “The Phoenix and The Albatross”. Samen responded the Albatross was a big bird and it had a ample wings. It can fly long distances, without getting tired. It was a very strong bird. It able to miles on miles and it also was fearful. The albatross referred to a very strong man. Samen started to read the novel. Suddenly the audience made a big laugh because there was a memory about her first meeting with Can. At first she sayd they met in Turkish city but then she remembered that they met in Paris. In the memory Can remembered her perfume in the first time they met. She is moved by the memories. A man, in the audience, brought back to real world. Samen started once more to read her book. Suddenly she believed she may has seen Can. She stopped go reading the book and she put her hand on her hart and she touched a ring. She looked for a protection from the shocked to watch a man.
