NO TRACES

It was a day of summer. The sky was blue and there was a spineless wind. The little sister of Samen, Susy, was 14 years old and she was very joyful and always positive. Can, the boyfriend of Samen, and Susy had a good relationship. One day Can decided to go to the cinema. Samen had an appointment that day but she encouraged Can and Susy to go. They got in the car and they left. They sang and laughed all time. Suddenly the car crushed for three time. In the accident Susy died and Samen was shocked, from that time she completed changed. She became really depressed. Can wasn’t the responsible of the accident and Samen knew that but she couldn’t see him again. Can hadn’t seen Samen since the death of Susy. After one year she decided to write a novel: “The Phoenix and the Albatross”. The novel told about Can’s story. She did this to find relief in tears.

A few years later

It was night. The sea was calm, there were many stars in the sky. Can was on his sail boat and he found a present with an elegant purple gift card. When Can found the present he felt lost and he hesitated before open it. When Can opened the present he found a book. The title of the book was “The Phoenix and The Albatross” and it has a blue cover. In the first page there is a phrase. That was “ I dedicate my novel to my little sister. I love you.”. When he read the phrase he realized that in this book he was The Albatross and he started to think.

Meanwhile Samen saton a pier. The unique sound was the movement of the waves. She was stressed and thoughtful. She watched the empty. First she taked a pain pill from a little bottle and then she taked from the bag a sheet of paper and a pen. She wrote: “Can, I know you aren’t the reason of my sister’s death. You are the only person that I want next to me, but every time I think on you I’m submerged with thoughts and I become melancholy and depressed. This is the reason why I don’t resist. I love you forever. Samen”. Then, she folded the sheet of paper and she put it in the bottle. She stood up and, after told “For you”, she threw the bottle into the sea.
