Task 1

Task 2
 
1. Critics of 'Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens' complained that the film was unoriginal.
2. The film was so similar to the first Star Wars film that the story was really predictable.
3. The front cover of later editions of the book 'The Hero with a Thousand Faces' had Luke Skywalker on the front cover.  
4. George Lucas was one of the first film director to use the ideas in Joseph Campbell's book to plan his hero's journey. 
5. Lucas based Luke Skywalker's story directly on the 17 stages of the hero's journey described by Campbell.  
6. The hero has to overcome obstacles on the way, such as death or loss.  
7. When Luke loses his mentor, he finds the strength he needs for the rest of his journey.  
8. When heroes are finally successful, they return from the special world, changed by their experiences forever.
