In that period my grandfather worked in the finalcial police and he had to be 29 years old for get married. They waited two years and than they get married.

Inoltre finché con un limite di tempo in inglese si  esprime con until +forma affermativa mente nella frase in italiano il verbo è in forma negativa

2)      Benedetta deve usare in case, eventually è un false friend, la sua traduzione è infine.

3)      Posso usare because of, due to ,owing to, be due to e given perché sono I connettivi di causa che reggono sostantivo
