It is a turkish town, I think it isn't a rich town. But it is very coloured, the palaces and the houses are full of colour like orange and light blu.So when people go out they become funny and they can pass their day with happiness.

All is coloured and the people who are seeing think the sadness is unnormal and they can feel better when the people in the film are sad much more.
