SANEM’S CHARACTERIZATION – EARLY BIRD

• The first impression the spectator gets is that Sanem doesn’t feel at ease at work

• She is always treated in a rough way by her colleagues

• The way she speaks puts her in an “innocent” light compared to the people around her

• Her clothes and colours are anonymous, and this could make the spectator think she’s a shy person who doesn’t want to be at the centre of the world

• She sometimes seems to be impulsive in determinate answers along the episode: it could be a sign of little maturity

• Even if she seems to be childish she turns out also to be intelligent, since she has a great memory

• The music contributes to define her character by changing style according to the situation
