Exercise 8

Before the beginning of football’s match, you should stretch and warm-up, it is fundamental for running later. If you don’t start the match in the first team, you should warm up at the end of the first half. During the match and also from the bench you mustn’t insult the referee, because he can give you a red card and expel you from the match. You also must respect the other team’s players, and at the end of the match you should shake hands with the opponent players and coach.

I would choose Uganda. This country is in Africa. I choose this country because people have a hard life here. I can't sleep when I think about it. It's terrible! People can't life that! In Warsaw are organise collection. Volunteers are collected, food, medicaments, water, toys, school articles and clothes. I and my friends want to help. We go to shop and we buy most needed things. We go to this organisations and they send our things to people in Uganda! Help is cool!

I think that I ain’t a good candidate for international volunteer because I’m a bit lazy, even if I’m an outgoing person and I can speak English quite good, obviously not like a mother tongue.
