Jacob is a good guy, he is seventeen years old, he has short straight brown hair and brown eyes.

He Is generous, funny and kind therefore he has a lot of friends. He is a simply person , like all guys of his ages he loves playing videogames and listening to music. He loves also playing basketball and watching  basketball matches at tv and his favourite basketball team is Chicago Bulls, it was the team of the legend Michael Jordan.

He lives in Trieste, a city in the nord-east of Italy. He attends the third class of an high school in his city and he is very good in languages, specially in English. He always lets good marks at school but he has never give up to go out with his friends. He has also a part time job to hearn money for buy all things that his parents don’t want to buy to him, live a scooter or a new console. He works like a waiter in a pizzeria and he loves his job.

A day, when the lessons were finished and Jacob was talking with his friends the dean of this school , Mr Harper, came to him and invited Jacob to go in his office. When they arrived in the dean’s office Mr Harper said to Jacob that, because the national English Test that Jacob did last week was good,  a college invite him to go in Usa and attend their school. Jacob said to the dean that he hasn’t an idea about what to do and he returned home.

In the afternoon his friends phone him to ask what the dean said, Jacob told what was appened and they were incredulous. At the begin for 3/4 days his friends trayed to convinced him to don’t accept the proposal but after they understood it his a decision that Jacob has to take alone.

He was undecided to remain to live in Italy with is friends and his family or went to live in Usa and attend the new college.

At the end he decided to make a new experience, he greeted his family, his friends and his classmates and he took the plane for Usa.

The college that he is attending is in Chicago, the city of his favourite team, his going absolutely to go a match in the future.

When he arrived in the Usa we was fearful, because he was alone and he had to speak   all the time in English. He want to the college and he immediately an interview with the dear of new school, Mrs James.

She welcomed Jacob to the school, she said to him that he has been just added in  his new class and she gave to Jacob the keys of his room. He was in room with other guys, all not Italian. While he was walking in the floor to go in his room he was imagined how could be his roommates. When he opened the door of the room they were playing at videogames. In that moment Jacob was convinced that they would  get well. Their names are Matteo, Kyel and Damian and there are in order Indian, British and French.  They love basketball too but their favourite team are different. Jacob was immediately well in the college, his roommates began his best friends and he learned English better.
