1. A cosa devo prestare attenzione quando devo fare il plurale di un sostantivo che termina in -y? Perché? Devo fare attenzione che prima della -y non ci sia una vocale, perché se no basta aggiungere la -s. Se no devo fare attenzione che non ci sia una consonante prima della -y perché se no si dovrebbe togliere la -y e aggiungere -ies.

2. Qual è la differenza fondamentale tra italiano inglese quando si usa un pronome personale soggetto?

La differenza è che in inglese è sempre obbligatorio esprimere il pronome personale soggetto; mentre in italiano si può anche omettere.

3. Osserva la seguente frase : La Francia è una nazione . Essa è in Europa. Quale errore si può commettere nel tradurla in inglese? Perché?

France is a nation. It is in Europe.
