1 Posso sostituire “studiavo” con “stavo studiando” nella frase “Studiavo inglese ieri alle tre del pomeriggio” e in inglese diventa “ Yesterday I was studying English at three p.m.”

2 Non è una frase efficace perché si dovrebbe usare un Past Progressive dato che è una descrizione in una narrazione.

3 In inglese, per esprimere un’abitudine si usa “used to” e “would”. La forma negativa di “used to” è didn’t use to e quella interrogativa è did + soggetto + use to. La forma negativa di would è wouldn’t +verbo e quella interrogativa è would + soggetto + verbo.
