All workers have right to a rest day per week
The24 hours of rest can be shifted for special activities
During holydays the workers are regulary paid, also if they aren't at work
All workers have right to an annual payment
Workers can take vacations only if the dates are no problematic for the enterprise
-)Maternity leave and maternity protection
There are special permissions for prenant women
The Lady can not be dismissed for the year the baby will be born
If the work is dangeros for the future mother, she can stay home since the two firsts months of pregnancy
Some rights have been gradually extended to the fathers
Also if the child is adopted, the parents can stai home for the three first month
in any case parents can't beg a permiss of more than 10 months
-)Sick leave
If an empolyer is sick, he can take a permission
This permission has not to be longer than 1 year.
During this period the worker is fully paid
-)Educational Leave
Student workers has to be paid days off work to take exames
Workers in 5 years of seniority can take 11 months permission
For wedding problems a worker can usually take a 15 days permission
-)Minimun age and protection of young workers
The minimun age is sattled by the Statutory Law
The minimum age at the moment is 15 years of age
Also the young worker can exercise his rights
There are special permissions and attention for the young worker( medical permissions ecc.)

The constitution provides the equality of all citizens
Illegal discrimations are AIDS and Handicap Discriminetions
Sex discrimation, there isn' a law for sexual harassament
