    A. The name of the theatre is “Globe Theatre” because it is shaped semicircular and there were not ceiling.                                                                                                B. These playhouse were round or octagonal in shape and they could holp up to 3000 people. The stage had no curtain. The gallery above the stage could be used either by the audience or by the stage for scenes such as the balcony scene in Romeo and Juliet. There was a trap door for devilish apparitions, disappearences and also for burials.
