To write an e-mail of invitation, you must start to the greetings: You can say “Hi!” or “Hello!”.

Then open the e-mail asking how is your friend. You can write something like “How are you?” or “How are things?”

After that, make the invitation, asking to your friend if he or she wants to come to your party.

You can use “Would you like to …?” or “Do  you want to..?”

Then, ask for confirmation, writing something like “Can you come ? Email or text me and let me know!” or similar.

Finally, finish the e-mail, using informal greetings.
