SAY IT IN ENGLISH

• Every day I wake up at 7:00 a.m. but I usually get up at 7.15 a.m. I have breakfast with orange juice and some toasted biscuits. After that I have a shower, I get dress and then I go to work by walk. I start to work at 8:00 a.m. and I have a lunch break at 1:30 p.m. Then I return to work and I finish at 16:00 p.m. I get home by walk at 16:00 p.m. During my free time I like cooking, reading crime stories and having long walks with my dog. In the week-ends I go out for dinner with my friends and after that we go to drink something in a pub. Every day I go to bed at 23:00 p.m. while during week-eds I go to sleep late.
• When I was a child, my family had a safari in Kenya and it was a beautiful experience. We have seen 10 lions, 4 elephants, some zebras and leopards and even some giraffes. We also did the safari near midday, for this reason it was hot even for the animals that were lying in a shadow of some trees. My family and I live in a countryside in the middle of Ireland and that we see outside of our window is a scenario totally different: we have pigs, cows, chickens and hens and obviously many sheep.
• Iulia gets up very early in the morning for her job, she often travels to other cities or other countries. She usually travels by plane, for this reason she takes a taxi from home to the airport. She doesn’t have breakfast at home; if she is early for her flight, she drinks a cup of green tea. She usually gets home at evening but sometimes she stays out to sleep. When she is at home, she is always busy, unfortunately we don’t spend much time together.
• Gabriele and Laura often eat at a restaurant. They always choose a table far from the exit of the restaurant because Laura wants to stay near the kitchen. Gabriele is vegetarian, for this reason he doesn’t eat neither meat or fish. They never eat at fast food restaurant because they have a few vegetarian’s options. Laura usually takes a meat dish with a salad of tomatoes, while Gabriele takes a dish of rice with some vegetables. Gabriele’s favourite restaurant is near home, where one of his friends works as a waiter.
• My mother works as a teacher in an hight school in Rome, while mi father is a journalist of the newspaper “Il Messaggero” and he takes care of the sportive section. I have two brothers: one older than me and one younger than me. The older brother works as a barman in Ostia Lido. The younger brother has only 11 years old and he studies. I work as a waitress in a Greek restaurant near the Colosseum.
• Luca is a crime film’s director. One of his films have even won a golden palm at Cannes’s festival.
• Yesterday we went to the Uffizi’s art gallery. There, there are a lot of paintings and my favourite is “La nascita di Venere” of Sandro Botticelli.
• For my brother’s birthday we have cooked him a cake with strawberries. Unfortunately, we have ate too much and we haven’t cut any slice of cake.
• Today, we’ll go to a concert to the city’s port. Would you like to come with us or you’re too busy studying for the exam?

• If you go to the supermarket, let’s buy some orange juice and a package of croissants. We have nothing for breakfast.
