I WISH YOU PEACE

Reading the title I expect the song to speak about peace, because ''I wish you peace'' is a wish that the singer do, but I didn't know if the song is addressed to a person in particular, to some peolpe, or if it is an impersonal wish.

The song is arranged into a first verse, that is organized into 8 lines in rhyming couplets, and a chorus that is ripeted twice, which is arranged into 5 lines.

The verse is a serie of wishes of peace, comfort, hope and shelter.

The intelligent reader can understand that these wishes are addressed to a specific person when in the fourth line the singer tells about ''arms to hold you'', this indicated physical contact that could be addressed to a specific person.

In this verse there is a contrapposition of two different semantic fiels: heat one (recognizable with the sequent expressions: warmed, fire's blow, arms to hold you, shelter, faver's end) and discomfort one (cold winds blow, lonely time, ache inside, things are going bad, times are sad, rading wind).

In the choured are renewed the greeting of peace and sheltet.

Music accompagnies this sence of peace, and accentuates it.
