  • Exercise is important. You’re never too busy to go jogging or swimming. If you don’t have time to play tennis or football, walk or cycle to school. Or go to the gym for an hour.

  • If there isn’t a gym near your home, do exercises for ten minutes every morning.

  • And take regular breaks when you’re studying.

Well, I lived in Paris when I was 20 years old. I spent 5 great years there! I didn’t work a house of my own, but I shared a nice flat with a young Italian girl, Melissa. She was a singer and she had a lovely voice. She didn’t play a musical instrument, but some friends of hers did and very well. Our flat was near the Sacre Coeur, the area of the artists and musicians, and we often invited our friends to have dinner. We didn’t cook very well, but we had great fun all together. We sometimes didn’t sleep much and it wasn’t easy to study the day after...What wonderful memories!
