General's Lady - Episode 3

The episode starts off with the General leaving his mansion and heading to a secret room. Once there, he tries to open the door, but fails to do so. He remembers he still has Jin'er's jade pendant, so he pulls it out of his pocket and starts noticing that some of the simbols on the pendant corrispont to the ones on the door and that's when he finally understands that his lady is not a spy like the others, but she's been sent there to save him. While he's away, though, the city is attacked by the enemies and his servant, trying to find him, meets Jin'er and explains the situation. The lady manages to convince him to follow her orders and she sends him to protect the city with the others. Once the enemies get in the mansion though, she thinks about scaring them with the general's armor and mask. The plan worked for a while, but as soon as she spoke, the enemies understood that she wasn't the real Demon General and they threw themselves onto the lady, but the general managed to get there just in time to save her life, and so he did.
Everyone celebrated the victory and applauded Jin'er for her bravery, but one drink after another, she eventually gets drunk. After asking for the general's room and waking up the next morning on his bed, they decide that they will share the room. An artist is sent there by the emperor to paint the couple and spy on them, since the general could easily betray him. Even if they have to act like a married couple when they are with the painter, they still manage to play pranks to one another and not let the artist notice. In fact, the episode ends with the two looking like the perfect loving and caring married couple and him believing their act.
