The series Meteor Garden presents as a protagonist a young girl: Shen Yue.

She is not such a rich girl, nevertheless, she managed to go to university thanks to her incredible marks and her diligence in study. The reader, from the first episode of the series, should have understood that the girl recently entered the university, therefore she is learning a new life style.

The main character is also introduced by her life with her mum, which is gentle and seems to be representing the not-richness of the family, by her job, which consists in preparing smoothies in a bar, and finally, by her determination.

Indeed, the first day at university, she meets the group of F4, a member of which breaks accidentally her phone trampling it. But why did I define the girl determined? Because he wants (I do not know why, because it's her fault for having let the device slip) the group to pay for the damage. With such premises, the girl comes to know more about the members of the F4.

The relationships with the group reveal much of her being. Indeed, with a guy in particular, she demonstrates to not be afraid to fight a male, on the other side, with another boy, she reveals her romantic nature, letting herself go.
