HOMEWORK – 13.10.20

Hi everyone!!

In this paragraph I’m going to describe my father.

My father’s name is Paolo and he is 57 years old. He comes from Cervignano and he grew up there.

He is a geologist and he works in Aquileia. He is often out for work and he is always very busy, but I admire him, because I think it’s a cool job!!

My father has got short brown hairs and blue eyes, just like me. He is quite tall and well built too.

He is also very calm and confident. I’d like to be like him, in the future.

My father likes staying outdoor and in his spare time he takes care of the garden.

Actually Paolo is a sport person.

When he was young, he played football in the Cervignano’s Football Team (and he still support for Inter FC).

Now, he really likes going to the mountains.

When I was just a child, he taught me skiing, so, in winter, we go to ski in Monte Zoncolan and in Tarvisio.

This year we also went to Corvara!

Sometimes, we go out for walk in the weekends.

He doesn’t like reading but he often looks at many online magazines about politics.

Paolo also likes listening to music and his favourite types of music are jazz, rock and 80’s music.

The only thing that my father can’t stand is cinema. He hasn’t got a favourite type of film because he never watches films with me, but, fortunately,  he doesn’t mind TV series, like “NCIS” or “SWAT”, so we sometimes watch them together.

My father’s daily routine is very busy.

He gets up at 6.00 and he works until 7.00. Then, we have breakfast together.

He usually go out for work at 8.30 and he comes back at 12.30 and he makes the lunch.

After lunch, he still works, but he not always go to Aquileia because sometimes he works at home.

Some days, he goes out at 6.30 and comes back at 18.30!, and he is very tired.

At 19.00 I make the dinner with him and then we wait for my mother to eat.

After the dinner, he also washes the dishes, watching TV in the kitchen.

He usually goes to sleep at 22.30.. a bit late..
