Dear Ms Jones,
I enjoyed reading your recent e-mail.
I hope you and your family are very well.
I’m excited about your visit next month, and I am writing to give you some some information about myself and my life.
I am 16 and I live with my parents in Madrid. I am not crazy about living here, buti t is ok.
I go to school in the city and I am involved in lots of after-school activities. I am not keen on studying, but I am worried about my exams – I don’t want Dad to be disappointed in me, so I work hard. Do you like school?
Sorry it is only a short e-mail, but I need to stop writing now.
Please give my best wishes to your family.
I look forward to receiving a reply from you soon.
I will see you next month.
Maria
