Important to say is that Zaynep's graduation speech is connected to her past life, her childhood, as you know she had a hard life bacause at firts she lived in a poor family and after she was given to another family for a better life.

At the beginning the girl adresses to her teachers, the ones that helped her to face reality and the world along the time. School allowed her to follow her dream life. As the watcher can see from episode one Zaynep's father didn't want his children to go to school.

In addition there is an important person that Zaynep brings out during the speech that is her brother who died very young.
