Today, 11th March 2010 at about 11.30, we have done a new experience.

It had just snowed when Prof. Sponza, Prof. Beltramini and we went into the school garden during the 4° period of lessons to start the first phase of a pratical experience of study about an ecosystem.

With this experience we are going to study the lawn system.

The first phase has consisted in the setting of traps.

We have arranged them in a chess shape, respecting the distance given from Prof. Sponza.

We have used empty yogurt jars and plastic glasses that should work as traps.

We have poured a water and alcohol solution where we expect to find some insects that live in the ground.

We will wait for a week to see what is going to happen.

It is our first experiment of a data collection that we will observe and analyze reffering to classification keys and categories based on similarities and differences that we will consider more appropriate to use according to a reflectionm  about what we will find.
