What the "dreadful Accident" is = " On the second day of her hunting, her horse, fell suddenly to prancing and capering that she was in the most eminent peril of falling."

What "the gallant behavior of Jones" is = "Tom, who was at little distance behind, saw this, and immediately galloped up to her assistance. He immediately leapt from his own horse and caught her in his arms."

What the "Dreadful consequence of that Behavior to the young Lady" is = Tom's act marks a deep impression on Sophia's heart.
EXERCISE 2
In the summary there are not information about Mr. Western, who is involved in the story at the end of the chapter. In the summary there are only the main events of the chapter. There are not a lot of information or details because probably Henry Fielding wants to create curiosity and suspense.
