"to take arms against a sea of troubles and by opposing end them" = to face the troubles of life in order to solve them → use of the code of war

"to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune" = to face the troubles of life → use of the code of war

"to die: to sleep ... that flesh is heir to" = to rest, not to suffer, to forget the troubles of life, to have a pause → rest

"to sleep: perchance to dream ... of so long life" = the human being comes across unknown dreams (good dreams or nightmares) → fear

 

"For who would ... under a weary life" = to bear all the troubles and suffering of life → to underline all the difficulties and negative things of life
