Summary

Dave had just left the university when his uncle died and left him all his money. Dave decided to create his own real estate agency and he bought an office and some furniture. He had been in his office for some hours when he heard someone coming towards his door. He thought he was his first costumer and he pretended to be very busy talking to an important costumer on the phone. The man knocked the door and entered the office. He waited for Dave to finish his call. Then he said he had been sent there by the phone company to connect his phone.
