1) Molly is alone in bed at night thinking about lots of things: it follows that in her minds there is the flow of her thoughts.

 

2) She thinks :

about what people are doing in China;

about what are the nuns doing;

she would like to sleep;

about flowers;

about tomorrow and her husband:

about planning tomorrow

about nature

about religion

about the past

about a long kiss between her and Leopold and his nice words.

 

4) The final " yes I said yes I will yes " presents the end of all resistence of Molly towards Leopold.She abandons herself into him.

 

5) Molly bloom is an intelligent woman and she is sensual. Her name recalls sensuality: bloom recalls a flower, and molly recalls the figure/lines of woman.

she is wealthy , she is sure about what she would do and she doesn't see things on the surface but she prefers enter in depth.
